It is up to the decision of the Company "Ascendant Capital Investments LTD" whether the FOREX trading was realistic in the operation of the real financial market and that the remuneration payable is dependent on the FOREX trading reflecting the operation of the real financial market in a clear and reasonable manner.
The customer acknowledges that buying one of our challenges/evaluations means that they accept that they are buying login credentials for a demo trading account that does not allow them to perform real-world trades and is entirely in a simulated environment and that our ACI Traders account (Often referred to as our “funded account”) appointed to them - if passing the evaluation is also a demo account in a simulated environment and that the profits incurred are simulated and that it is entirely up to the company Ascendant Capital Investments LTD and its representatives if the simulated trading strategies would translate into the real financial market and if the remuneration payable will be executed or not.

REFUND POLICY
Challenges are subject to refund upon passing of the challenge which will be included in the first remuneration. Discounted Challenges are not refundable unless included in the promotion offering the discount. All sales are final and WILL NOT be refunded unless the customer passes the challenge and reaches their first remuneration.
